Our Initiatives

TCM’s Run Curious Series is free and open to anyone. Our goal is to make running accessible to all and provide new runners a solid foundation to start their journey.  

Development and Education

Our goal is to seek and build relationships with experts, community leaders and existing run clubs to lead programming and community unity. 

Social Programs

From Shakeout Runs to Marathon training, we will provide race training and education for runners of all backgrounds.

Run Club Invite

The Twin Cities Motion Center will be open from every third Saturday during summer months for Twin Cities Run Clubs and those interested in joining a club to drop in for water, restroom use, socializing and connecting with others in the Twin Cities running community.

Summer Hours (Saturday, June 15, Saturday, July 20, and Saturday, August 17): 6:45 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.

Fall, Winter, and Spring Hours: 7:45 A.M. - 10:45 A.M.

Come and go at your leisure, no registration required!

The Twin Cities Motion Center is located just across the street from paved trails along the Mississippi River! We're hoping you utilize this opportunity to meet folks from other clubs, share information and build relationships within the Twin Cities running community.

Note: We will note be hosting a May Run Club Invite due to our PNC Women Run the Cities Event taking place on Saturday, May 18.

Motion Center Run/Walk Maps

5K Loop

  • Walk across Randolph to the trail and start left (northeast) towards downtown St. Paul

  • Run under the High Bridge and keep going

  • Once you pass City House (about 1.1 mile out on your left) look for the 4 sculptures at Upper Landing Park and take the path to the left after the 4th statue

  • Do almost a 180 and head back to the southwest on the trail along Shepard Rd. (toward the High Bridge)

  • At the stop light at Randolph Ave take a right onto Randolph Ave

  • Run down the hill to the start/finish line
