What is a #TCMbassador?
As TCM’s vision is a community that engages each other through movement, a #TCMbassador is someone who:

believes in creating welcoming spaces for all

is eager to be an advocate and make a difference in their community

believes in TCM's vision of a healthier society - physically, mentally, and socially.
TCMbassadors represent all types of movers, from first timers eager to share their journey, to seasoned runners with advice to share, we're creating a community that speaks to all.
TCMbassador terms run from January - December of each year. Applications for the 2025 Cohort are now closed.
