Motion Center Run/Walk Maps

5K Loop

  • Walk across Randolph to the trail and start left (northeast) towards downtown St. Paul

  • Run under the High Bridge and keep going

  • Once you pass City House (about 1.1 mile out on your left) look for the 4 sculptures at Upper Landing Park and take the path to the left after the 4th statue

  • Do almost a 180 and head back to the southwest on the trail along Shepard Rd. (toward the High Bridge)

  • At the stop light at Randolph Ave take a right onto Randolph Ave

  • Run down the hill to the start/finish line
