RunWell: Pelvic Health Essentials for Runners

It’s the “underside” of running—your pelvic floor and every runner has one!

Pelvic floor dysfunction includes pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, prolapse and issues during pregnancy, post-partum and menopause.  Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal! Learn what you can do to prevent and treat pelvic floor dysfunction and keep running strong.
