    Course Time Limit:

All Medtronic TC 10 Mile participants must complete the course by 2:50 PM. If you are passed by the marathon leaders—which may happen for participants completing the TC 10 Mile at or near a 15-minutes-per-mile pace—you are required to follow all instructions from event officials, which may include moving to the side of the road. This is for the safety of both you and the lead marathoners, as official marathon lead vehicles and bicycles will be operating on the road along with runners during this period.

Additionally, the first three miles of the 10 Mile are run on a dedicated route separate from the marathon course. Participants are required to complete this section of the course at an 18-minutes-per-mile pace. Participants who fall behind this pace will be asked to move to the sidewalk and obey all pedestrian traffic laws until you complete this section of the course as it reopens to traffic on a rolling basis behind the sweep vehicle. Runners who choose to continue and are not on the sidewalk for this section of the course, will have their race number recorded and are subject to a ban from future TCM events.

    On Course Support:

The Medtronic TC 10 Mile will have water and Nuun at fluid stations. Check back later this summer for more details!
