2025 Race Details

  • REGISTRATION OPENS DECEMBER 5, 2024. 

    All price tiers end 11:59 P.M. on their end date, unless otherwise noted. Kids 18 and under run free in all in-person events.

     

    Tier 1

    • 1st - 50th Registrant: $59 (plus taxes & fees = $64.31)

    Tier 2

    • 51st Registrant - Thursday, January 30: $64 (plus taxes & fees = $69.76)

    Tier 3

    • Friday, January 31 - Thursday, April 3: $69 (plus taxes & fees = $75.21)

    ​Tier 4

    • Friday, April 4 - Thursday, May 1: $74 (plus taxes & fees = $80.66)

    Tier 5

    • Friday, May 2- Wednesday, May 14: $79 (plus taxes & fees = $86.11)

    Tier 6

    Included at packet pick up:  

    • Race bib with attached timing device (do not bend)  

    • Four pins to attach your bib to your shirt  

    • Participant gear  

    • Race day information and customer service support: Event Alert System level, last-minute course changes, parking tips, large maps  

    • TCM merchandise available for purchase 

  • Participants may place their gear and other items in the clear, plastic race bag provided at gear check. Race-day gear check will be marked with a flag and located near Packet Pick Up and the Finish Line.

     

    Please take note of the following details related to this free, race-day service:   

    • Personal bags will not be accepted   

    • Clear, plastic bags will be available on race day  

    • Do NOT leave bags unattended on race day at any time   

    • Affix the gear check tag from race bib to the plastic bag using the tie provided at the gear check drop zone   

    • Tie bags securely shut before dropping at the gear check drop zone   

    • Do not check valuables, Twin Cities In Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen items   

    • Gear check opens at 7:00 a.m.   

    • Gear check closes at 11:00 a.m.   

    • We discourage runners and spectators from carrying non-transparent bags at the event at any time 

  • The Runtourage: Twin Cities In Motion celebrates all runners and walkers - whatever your pace. The Runtourage exists to provide a supportive and enthusiastic presence for our back of the pack participants. Look for our Runtourage volunteers toward the end of our races! Learn more here.

  • All kids 18 and under are welcome to run the PNC Women Run the Cities 10 Mile for free, and will receive the same amenities as adults.  To learn more about the TC Kids Run Free Program click here. 

  • Check back later to find the 2025 results submission link. 

    Gear will be mailed to the shipping address provided at the time of registration by  5/30/25. Any changes to your address must be sent to [email protected] prior to 5/17/25. Additional charges or delays in shipping may apply for incorrect addresses. 

  • Age Group Awards

    Age group awards will be available for categories of women and non-binary athletes placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their age group. Age groups include 8 & under, 9-13, 14-18, 19-24, and continue in five-year increments until the 80+ age group. Athletes registered under “prefer not to disclose” for gender are not eligible for age group awards.

    Complimentary entries to next years event will be awarded to the top 3 overall women, and non-binary athletes in the PNC Women Run the Cities 10K and 10 Mile. Codes to register for the event will be sent out in December 2025. The alternative standard for a comped entry into the PNC Women Run the Cities 10K and 10 Mile is to have run an 85%+ age-graded performance in the last two years (there are only a limited number of these available). If you have met these standards, please email Alana Dillinger who coordinates all awards at [email protected].

  • Friends and family are welcome to come to the race, bring a motivational sign, and​ watch and cheer on participants! As always, please be respectful of private property and do not enter the race course. Pedestrians are permitted to cross the course at intersections where race officials are present to direct foot traffic.   

  • Volunteer registration will open in early 2025. We will have individual and group opportunities available and hope you will be able to donate your time and energy!
