Yoga for Runners

Wednesday, September 10 @ 6 P.M.

Join Annie for a gentle, slow, recovery yoga flow, designed for runners, walkers, and movers of all kinds.

All yogi backgrounds are welcome, including first-timers! We'll focus on stretching muscles used frequently by runners, building stability in key joints, and using breathwork to enhance endurance and recovery - so you can run stronger, longer and with less risk of injury. Whether you are training for a marathon weekend event or just looking for an active recovery day this class is for you!

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and be ready to breathe deeply. Extra yoga mats available to borrow if you need one. Please indicate in the form below if you need to borrow a mat.

Doors Open at 6pm
Yoga will be 6:30-7:30pm
