Moving With Strength

SATURDAY, AUGUST 2 @11 A.M. - NOON

Moving with strength is important not just for our physical activities, but in every part of our day!

 

This class will teach you simple strength exercises using body weight and dumbbells. We will practice basic  movements to improve your strength, balance, and mobility that can easily be added to any exercise routine. Whether you have been curious, unsure, or overwhelmed by how to begin strength work, you will walk away with tools and the confidence to move with more strength in all parts of your life.

 

Andrea Nelson, certified group fitness instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), will lead this class. Andrea loves the Noko Gym for being committed to helping others "find their day" while challenging them to become even stronger people, in and out of the gym! Running, rowing, and strength are her jam. She’s excited to share her "get centered and sweaty" energy with all of you!
