Meet our 2020 Twin Cities In Motion Ambassadors
From Minnesota, to Texas and California, our Ambassadors represent runners of all different backgrounds and stories. These runners not only will be representing the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, but also the individual TCM Crews. Get to know a little about the team and make sure to follow them on social media to stay up to date with their running adventures.
Favorite Distance: 10 Mile - it's just long enough to be a challenge, but not so long that you're totally spent after.
2020 Goal: To take another whack at the Marathon and hopefully run a sub-4:30!

Favorite Distance: Half Marathon
2020 Goal: Qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Favorite Distance: I've come to love anything between a 10K and Half Marathon. Don't get me wrong, I'll run any race, but where I find my stride is somewhere in the middle.
2020 Goal: Boston qualify and visit a new country on my wish list!
Favorite Distance: Medtronic TC 10 Mile. I can train for it while also having a life. I can finish and still have energy left and then I can head back up Summit Avenue to cheer on the Marathon runners.
2020 Goal: I want to connect with others in a meaningful way and I am running my first Ultra-Marathon.
Favorite Distances: 40 yard dash and Full Marathon. TCM 2020 will be my 26th Marathon/Ultra and is one of my very favorite races on the planet!
2020 Goal: To bring HOPE to people battling depression and suicidal ideation. I will run TCM and stop at each mile to do 40 push ups to bring awareness to the fact that every 40 seconds someone around the world commits suicide. There will be teams of people that will do the pushups with me at each mile marker and once at the family finish area. We will be raising funds to resource local school districts with additional programming and school assemblies to bring hope to students who may be struggling through depression. My goal is to raise over $40,000 at TCM for this cause. We are calling it “The Hope Run” at TCM.
Favorite Distance: 10 Mile
2020 Goal: "Be brave enough to suck at something new". My first step to achieving this goal is signing up for tennis lessons. I am terrible but plan on having fun with a group of girlfriends. I am also signed up to do the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim Hike this Fall. Wish me luck :)
