Meet our 2021 Twin Cities In Motion Ambassadors
From Minnesota, Texas, Florida, Wisconsin and California, our Ambassadors represent runners of all different backgrounds and stories. These runners not only will be representing the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, but also the MNy 250s and quarterly virtual challenges. Get to know a little about the team and make sure to follow them on social media to stay up to date with their running adventures.
Favorite Distance: Oh this is a toss up for me. It is a tie between the Half Marathon and Marathon. In the Half Marathon I love that I have more ability to push myself on speed/pace and enjoy setting new PRs. In the Marathon - I love the grit and determination it takes to complete. There is no better high than the comradery of your fellow runners digging deep together in those last few miles to the finish.
2021 Goal: Improve my ability to bike and swim while complementing my strength in running. Resulting in successfully completing my first half Ironman - Sept 2021 in Wisconsin.
Favorite Distance: 10K or 10 Mile
2021 Goal: A sub 1:45 Half Marathon!

Favorite Distance: The marathon - I love the training process of a marathon race and how I feel both physically and mentally throughout. I feel as though I can take on anything after I run a marathon!
Goal for 2021: To continue to lead a holistic and healthy lifestyle through physical, mental and spiritual activities and inspire others to do the same!
Favorite Distance: 10K.
2021 Goal: To connect with people and inspire others and do races around the United States.

Favorite Distance: 10 Mile, it's the perfect distance since you still have the motivation to train and the second you hit double digits you can celebrate your accomplishment.
Goal for 2021: Push new limits and find ways to challenge myself and expectations.
Favorite Distance: I would probably have to say the Marathon because of the process/journey that goes into running one.
2021 Goal: One goal I have for this year is to run sub 3:45 in the Marathon while also helping friends and family of mine reach their own running PRs!
Favorite Distance: Marathon. Just getting to the start line is such a personal journey, and I love the challenge of starting something that seems impossible at first!
2021 Goal: To stay positive despite uncertainty. With all of the unknowns, it feels harder to commit to running goals this year, but I try to remember that the challenging times make us stronger in the end.
Favorite Distance: 10 Mile fun runs by the Mississippi River are my absolute favorite, I also love racing Half Marathons.
2021 Goal: To finish my first 70.3 triathlon in June! Or at the very least participate in in-person events this year ?
Favorite Distance: Half Marathon
2021 Goal: To run 100 miles in 3 days (previously I've run that distance in 4 days).
