Celebrate the Fourth of July with a festive Twin Cities In Motion running event in Minneapolis!

The two-person relay is the perfect way to participate with a friend while running half the miles of a half-marathon. Runners will be shuttled to their designated areas (see below). The first male team, female team, and co-ed teams will receive awards to be mailed after the race.

The Red, White & Boom! 5K is a perfect way to kick-off your Fourth of July celebration! The course runs in Northeast Minneapolis, Minnesota and crosses the Stone Arch Bridge to the finish line where a fully-themed Finish Festival awaits!

The TC 5K, presented by Fredrikson & Byron is part of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend and is perfect for anyone who wants to join us in celebrating health & fitness!

Take on the first event of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend! This 6.2 mile course finishes on the Minnesota State Capitol grounds just 24 hours before the marathon.

The Medtronic TC 10 Mile is the 5th largest 10 mile event in the country, boasting nearly 10,000 finishers! The race shares seven miles with the marathon, generating major crowd support on the beautiful, urban point-to-point course from Minneapolis to Saint Paul, Minnesota.
