2016 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Media Information

Twin Cities In Motion invites the media to the 2016 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend on October 7-9. The event, celebrating its 35th anniversary, will feature more than 30,000 runners participating and a full weekend of events.

Kicking off with kids and family races and a 10K and 5K on Saturday, October 8 and followed by the Medtronic TC 10 Mile, host of the USATF 10 Mile Championships, and the centerpiece Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon on Sunday, October 9, the weekend is the Twin Cities premier running and fitness event.

Media Challenge Events

Twin Cities In Motion's Media Challenge program offers members of the media an opportunity to add some excitement, team building, and good-natured competition to the workplace at the Hot Dash 5K & 10 Mile in March and the Medtronic TC 10 Mile on marathon weekend.
