Yes! Help set up the event, serve participants on course, manage logistics, and more. Click here to sign up online.

Will the event still take place if it's cold?

The event will take place rain or shine! TCM uses a color-coded Event Alert System (EAS) with consideration for multiple factors including; temperature, humidity, wind chill, cloud cover, seasonal acclimatization, course and environmental conditions to communicate the event status to participants leading up to and on race day. In the event of inclement weather or dangerous conditions, participants will receive communication during race week.
Please prepare for a cold race day by dressing in appropriate layers, taking advantage of gear check, and picking up your race packet on Friday instead of on race day to avoid extended exposure to the cold. You can also reference our cold weather running tips.
