Please keep the track clear for participating children!

Other than the pre-K wave, adults are not allowed on the track. The Finish Line area can become congested so plan to look for your child in the School/Family Meeting Area at the back of the Field House, near TC Road Crew. Make a plan with your child so that they know where to find you. Kids move through the Finish Line and collect their medal and water than exit to the meeting area.

My child's wave is coming up soon - what should I do?

You should make your way to the transition area (yellow balloons) 10 minutes prior to your child's race. You will find a banner where all of the waves will take place - behind the start area the is an area with each of the age groups marked appropriately.

What if my child misses their wave?

Today's event is about your child experiencing their first track event. All of the children will be winners today. Should your child miss their start wave, you can make your way to the start area and place them with another age-group. Please consider your child's age and fitness capability should you move them into another wave. Safety and health is our number one concern.

How does my child get involved in a relay?

A relay is a great way for your child to learn about teamwork. The relay races are run at the end of all other grade level heats. You child can either find four friends to form a relay team OR make their way to the start area and we will do our best to team up the children by age group.
