Three Days of Running
Pledge how many miles you want to run/walk from April 24-26 in honor of frontline care workers. Raise awareness and funds for this cause.

Our partner, PNC Bank, will be matching all donations up to $10,000 to aid in keeping our doctors and nurses nourished during this difficult time.
Share Your Miles
There will not be virtual submissions for this event, but please share any pictures and videos of your runs all weekend long using #RunForAllVirtual and by tagging @twincitiesinmotion on social media.
Please observe social distancing guidelines and public health advisories while participating, including:
- Run alone in uncrowded areas
- Stay 6 feet away from others
- Run at off-peak hours, like early mornings
- Use a treadmill, if you have one
- If you’re sick, don’t run
- Wear a face covering to reduce spread of droplets while running/walking
- Avoid hand-touching or contact with public surfaces (e.g., traffic buttons)
- Wash hands when you return from your run

100% of the donations will be going to Feeding The Frontline MN. They aim to help those on the front lines of fighting COVID-19 in Minnesota by supplying food to doctors and nurses on the job during their exhausting shifts. You do not have to pledge $1 for every mile you run, but it is an inspiring way to connect your miles to supporting Feeding The Frontline MN. Donations are completely optional and can be any value you choose. Please note: The donation system has a minimum donation starting level of $5.
Yes. Registration for the event is entirely free and optional for you to participate, but you may make a donation through the registration page here.

- Run For All virtual run/walk takes place April 24-26.
Because everyone will be setting their own distances over the course of three days, there will not be results for this event. We do encourage you to use #RunForAllVirtual to share your miles and experience with us on both Facebook and Instagram.
There is not a participant shirt, medal or merchandise associated with this virtual fundraising event.
