Do I have to run?

No, we encourage you to run, walk, bike, skip, MOVE! For the September and December challenge we’ll be accepting any form of fitness because the challenge is measured in minutes—that means yoga, CrossFit, skiing, any type of fitness can count. For October and November the challenges will accept any type of fitness that moves across distance, like active walking, running, biking, Nordic skiing, or snow shoeing to name a few.

Don’t forget to start your fitness app for walking, as passive walking/steps don't count.

I don't see my last work out on the leader board, what do I do?

First try clicking the “sync” button on the bottom of the leader board. If your workout is still not showing up please email support@fitrankings.com

Do I have to register for each month?

Yes, each month is its own challenge. Alternatively, you may register for the full 2020 season (Sept-Dec) at once which includes exclusive swag for pass holders.

Season pass holders only have to register once. Then at the start of each month, season pass holders will need to go to the TCM Oct – Dec month’s website and login on the leader board. Once logged into the challenge your work outs will be included toward that month’s challenge.

How do I track my progress?

You can either connect a wearable (i.e., Garmin) or free fitness app on your phone (i.e. MapMyFitness). Or you can manually input your mileage by clicking "add activity" on the results leader board or by going to your FitRankings profile at FitRankings.com/me.

What if I don't use a fitness app or wearable fitness tracker?

If you don’t use a fitness app or wearable and would like to upload a workout manually, you can  input your fitness activities on FitRankings by logging into your account at www.FitRankings.com. Manually adding an activity is not available through the iOS FitRankings app.

1. Go to your profile.

2. Select "manually add an activity" button.

Is there swag/prizes associated with this?  And when will I get it?

Participants who sign up for all 4 months in 2020 will receive a sticker, crew style Fitsoks, special running Knockaround sunglasses, and BOCO glove and cold weather running headband. There is no swag for those registering one month at a time. Season pass swag kits will be mailed out at the end of October if registered by October 1st.

Fun prize contests will be happening on the Facebook group page. These will all be fun contests and drawings that are non-performance based and are available to individual month as well as season pass holders.
