If You Cannot Make It To The Expo

If you are unable to pick up your race packet in person during expo hours, you can make arrangements for someone else to pick up your race materials. Your representative will need a completed Packet Pick Up Authorization Form and his or her photo ID in order to pick up your packet. It is helpful if your representative also has the runner’s race information handy, but it is not required. Please note that the runner's photo ID is not required, only the representative's photo ID.

Packet Pick Up Authorization Form - Fill this out if someone else is picking up your race packet for you. Have them bring this with them to the expo and give it to the Race Number Look Up table.

In Your Race Packet

Your race packet contains your MyLaps timing chip, which will already be affixed to the back of your official race number, sweats bag check sticker, and safety pins. Once you have picked up your race packet, proceed to the chip check station to ensure your timing chip corresponds to your race number. If there is an error, please report to the Help Desk for correction. Be sure to pick up your official, clear plastic sweats check bag here, too.

NOTICE: Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bibs is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and/or banning of future races.

Twin Cities In Motion has partnered with Virtual Event Bags to produce a 'virtual goodie bag' in an effort to go green and provide additional benefits to our participants. As a participant of this year's event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Event Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event guide, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors.
