If You Cannot Make It To The Expo

If you are unable to pick up your race packet in person during expo hours, you can make arrangements for someone else to pick up your race materials. Your representative will need a completed Packet Pick Up Authorization Form and his or her photo ID in order to pick up your packet. It is helpful if your representative also has the runner’s confirmation ticket, but it is not required. Please note that the runner's ID is not required, only the representative's valid ID.

In a rush? Fill out a Packet Pick Up Authorization Form in advance and bring it with you to the expo.

Remember, race-day pick up is available for the TC 5K Run/Walk if you are unable to make it to the expo on Friday.

Help Desk/Race Number Look Up

The Help Desk located in the packet pick up area is staffed by individuals available to help you with registration related issues. There are also two “Race Number Look Up” tables located near the packet pick up entrance. If you lose or misplace your confirmation ticket, please go directly to the “Race Number Look Up” table. You will need to present photo identification.

Packet Pick Up Authorization Form - Fill this out if someone else is picking up your race packet for you. Have them bring this with them to the expo and give it to the Race Number Look Up table.

Address Change Form- Fill this out if your information has changed since you registered. Bring this with you to the expo and give it to the Help Desk.

Race Packet

The race packet contains your ChampionChip timing device, official race number, and safety pins. Once you have picked up your race packet, proceed to the chip check station to ensure your chip corresponds to your race number. If there is an error, please report to the Help Desk for correction.
