Clocks and Timing

Digital clocks will be located at the 2.5K mark and at the finish line. The clocks provide the elapsed gun time for the race. Each mile will be marked.

TCM uses a computerized ChampionChip timing device to score the race. This will enable participants to get net and other split times. Chips must be picked up and tested at packet pick up, as you will not be timed without a chip. It is a single-use chip that you can keep as a souvenir or recycle in a bin located in the finish area.

Fluid Stations

Water will not be available along the course but will be available at the finish line, along with post-race food.

Medical Aid Stations

Medical aid will not be available along the course, though an emergency vehicle will be on stand-by at the finish line for anyone requiring emergency medical attention and/or transport.

The course is certified by USA Track & Field (# MN11075RR). Twin Cities In Motion encourages, but does not require, USATF membership. A USATF membership can be obtained at the USA Track & Field website.
