Winning at the Medtronic TC 1 Mile isn't Just for the Pros!

Guaranteed Medtronic TC 10 Mile Entry

One thousand finishers will be selected at random to receive guaranteed, non-complimentary entry for the Medtronic TC 10 Mile. This is an opportunity to pre-register for the race in June and bypass the lottery. Selected participants receive an email at the end of May with registration instructions and must register by specified date prior to the lottery. Guaranteed entries may be used by the participant only.

2015 TC 1 Mile Derby

Thanks to the TC 1 Mile Derby, citizen runners and race fans can be winners, too, with a derby ticket connecting them to a runner in the women's or men's USATF 1 Mile Road Championship waves. If the runner listed on your derby ticket wins, you win a FITSOK prize and the chance to win a free entry into the Medtronic TC 10 Mile on October 4! There's more reason than ever to watch all the Medtronic TC 1 Mile action -- and cheer your pro racer to victory!

Cheer from the finish line bleachers or along the Hennepin Avenue course. Then jog over to Kieran's Irish Pub to celebrate your run and, we hope, your TC 1 Mile Derby victory!

Game Instructions and Official Rules:

  • Pick up your derby ticket either at the TCM office on May 12 or 13 or at the registration tent for the Medtronic TC 1 Mile on May 14.

  • Your derby ticket will list the name and bib number of a pro runner racing in one of the USATF Championship waves of the Medtronic TC 1 Mile.

  • One ticket per person. First come, first serve. Open to U.S. residents 18 and older. No purchase necessary. 150 winners possible.

  • If you are running in the Medtronic TC 1 Mile and don’t want to hold your derby ticket while running, just stick it to the back of your race bib!

  • After you finish your race, pick a spot along the course or grab a bleacher seat to cheer on your runner!

  • If you have a winning derby ticket, you can claim your FITSOK prize at the finish line!

  • You have until 8:30 p.m. May 14, 2015, to collect your FITSOK prize.

  • Grand Prize: Complimentary 2015 Medtronic TC 10 Mile entry

  • Winning ticket holders will be automatically entered to win a COMPLIMENTARY entry to run the Medtronic TC 10 Mile on October 4, 2015. Redeem your winning ticket to see if you've won the Grand Prize.

Stay on top of all the action on race day on Twitter @tcmarathon ... and join the conversation with #TC1Mile. Lots of people are going to be winners on Thursday night -- why not you!
