Drawing Instructions

How can I confirm my registration?

Registration confirmation is available online. Click here to access the search function. Enter your first and/or last name and click Apply to search. Click on your name to verify your status in drawing entry (listed as "pending") or "confirmed participant".

All drawing entrants will receive an email confirming registration status beginning July 19.

After July 19, drawing entrants' status will read "selected" or "not selected."

Can I switch from the 10 mile to another distance or transfer my entry to someone else?

Registrations may NOT be transferred to another distance, but race registrations for select TCM events may be transferred to another person through the automated TCM transfer process. Registrations may only be transferred within the designated transfer period for each event and within the same event and distance as the original registration. The Medtronic TC 10 Mile transfer deadline is August 22, 2018. Additional fees and restrictions may apply including ineligibility of some registrations completed using an invitation code. Assigned race numbers are never transferable. View step-by-step instructions to begin a transfer. Email with questions.

Can I receive a refund or defer my entry to next year?

Refunds are available within 48 hours of registration in the drawing only. To request a refund, email or call 651-289-7701 within 48 hours of when you submitted your drawing registration. Online transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not available after the Medtronic TC 10 Mile drawing is conducted. Deferrals are not permitted.

When will I find out if I've been selected?

After July 19, drawing entrants' status will read "selected" or "not selected." All registration drawing entrants will learn their registration status beginning Thursday, July 19. You will be notified by our registration partner imATHLETE as you are selected in a rolling process where some entrants will learn their status sooner than others. Everyone entered in the registration drawing will receive an email with their registration drawing results.

Can I have a friend pick up my packet?

Yes. Picking up others' packets is limited to FOUR at a time. Your representative will need a completed Packet Pick Up Authorization Form and his or her photo ID in order to pick up your packet. It is helpful if your representative also has the runner’s race number, but binders are available for race number look-up at the expo. Note: only the representative's photo ID is required, not the participant.

Is there a way to track participants?

Free participant tracking, presented by Garmin is available in the Twin Cities In Motion App, presented by Medtronic. Download the app and sign in to track up to 25 participants. You may also click here for a simplified method to track a participant on race morning using an internet browser.
