Twin Cities In Motion is located off of University Avenue in Saint Paul, MN. The TCM Office is near the Westgate Station off of the Metro Transit Green Line and faces Territorial Avenue, at 2635 University Avenue West, Suite 190, St. Paul, MN 55114.
On race day, packet pick up will begin move to the Mill City Museum shed located at 704 S 2nd St, Minneapolis, MN 55415 .

- Four pins to attach your bib to your shirt

If you wish to run in a different wave than the one you registered for, you may do so without changing your registration and you will still receive timing and results.

The Corporate Team Challenge (CTC) offers workplaces of all types and sizes the opportunity to add team-building and excitement to the workplace while promoting health and fitness.
Be sure to allow plenty of time (45 minutes to an hour) to locate parking and walk to the start/finish area before your wave start.
- FREE RIDES on Metro Transit buses and METRO lines for participants from 2-10 p.m.! Must present printed coupon. The start area is 0.35 miles from the U.S. Bank Stadium Station via the Metro Transit Green Line.
- Limited bike parking will be available near the finish line exit. It will not be attended, so you should bring your own bike lock. Bikes must be picked up by 8:15 p.m., any bikes that remain will be removed and locks cut off.
- There is no designated parking for this event, but there are a number of area pay lots available. Consider parking on the east side of the river and crossing the Stone Arch Bridge to reach the start/finish area. Note: access to lots adjacent to the race course may be limited; pay close attention to no parking signs, designated parking hours, and meter details.
- Please do NOT park in the Guthrie Parking Ramp. Patrons with tickets to the evening’s performances will cross from the ramp to the theater between waves.

Friends and family are welcome to come to the race, bring a motivational sign, and watch and cheer on participants! Please check back for detailed information about best spots to view the event and tips on how to see your participant cross both the start and finish lines!
As always, please be respectful of private property. Pedestrians are permitted to cross the course only at intersections where race officials are present to direct foot traffic.

General registration for the Medtronic TC 1 Mile begins February 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. Registration closes when field limit is reached or at noon on May 8, 2019, whichever comes first.
Registration prices increase as the field fills from $18-$33. Register early for the lowest price!
Use the online registration confirmation tool to verify entry to the 2019 Medtronic TC 1 Mile.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of registration. This policy is valid until 5 days before the event. To request a refund, email info@tcmevents.org or call 651-289-7701 within 48 hours of when you submitted your registration. If accepted, you will be refunded your race entry fee; online transaction fees are non-refundable. Deferrals are not permitted.
Race registrations for select TCM events may be transferred to another person through the automated TCM transfer process. Registrations may only be transferred within the designated transfer period for each event and within the same event and distance as the original registration. The Medtronic TC 1 mile transfer deadline is May 3, 2019. Additional fees and restrictions may apply including ineligibility of some registrations completed using an invitation code. Once race numbers are assigned, they are never transferable.

Yes. If you wish to run in a different wave than the one you registered for, you do not need to let race officials know; your chip will register your time in the new wave. Note: the professional athlete waves are reserved for invited athletes only.
Yes. Please have ready their race number and the correct spelling of the person's name. Registrants will be notified of race numbers in the pre-race email following the end of online registration. Picking up others' packets is limited to FOUR at a time if others are waiting; thanks for understanding. Corporate Team captains may contact us to inquire about team pick-up options.
Strollers which display an assigned "Stroller Bib" are permitted in the Recreational Wave only. Strollers are not permitted in other waves. For security and safety purposes, all persons with a stroller or baby jogger in the Recreational Wave must be able to maintain a 25-minute-per-mile pace and agree to the guidelines listed in registration for participation with a stroller.
