Lindsey, the voice of TCM keeps the physical office in motion by keeping up with office supplies, providing administrative support to managers, and providing every day frontline customer service. On race day you can find Lindsey out on the race course!
Favorite activities include hiking on the Superior Hiking Trail, canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, spending time with her husband and daughter, and snuggling with furry goats!
An endurance sports industry veteran, Eli joined Twin Cities in Motion in May of 2020 from the Sacramento Running Association, where he was Director of Race Operations and served as Race Director of the California International Marathon. During his tenure CIM was America’s fastest-growing major marathon and hosted two USATF marathon national championships. Prior to that he served as Logistics and Operations Manager for the Austin Marathon and Half Marathon. He also holds a MBA in Sports Business from San Diego State University and a BA in English from Whitman College, where he was captain of the cross country team.
When not working, Eli can be found running or hiking with his wife Leslie, walking his two ill-behaved but very cute rescue dogs around their Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood, or lining up interviews for his endurance events-focused podcast, Early Call Time. His decade-plus of industry experience has solidified his belief that running changes lives for the better and should be accessible to everyone, and also in events' unparalleled potential to impact their community positively through charitable giving, sustainability initiatives, and economic impact. He considers himself lucky to help Twin Cities In Motion fulfill that potential.
Catherine keeps everything in working order with our event registration. You'll often find her working with duo, sometimes triple, monitors and her Shih Tzu, Dutchess, lying nearby. Catherine started working for TCM in 1999 before online registration was available and was paid $.25 for each registrant she entered in the database. She did seasonal data entry for five years before coming on board as a staff member.
Not really a runner before working at TCM, Catherine has become a six-time half marathoner! Fun Fact: She has a passion for meteorology and is sometimes referred to as TCM's Official Weather Coordinator!

Kelly’s love for endurance sports started as soon as she could walk and has only grown since working in the event industry. She's an avid trail runner, nordic skier and mountain biker who loves racing, volunteering at events, and working them.
Kelly joined TCM (formerly with Life Time Athletic Events) in 2017 focusing on the nuts and bolts of the race production. You can find Kelly doodling site maps, working on safety & security plans with government agencies, and climbing in the marathon weekend finish structure with super star Volunteer Division Director of Race Ops, Paul Hajduk, yelling from the outside. The community surrounding TCM is why Kelly loves working for this organization.
Hailing from the great state of Kentucky, Jim Estes brings 25 years of track & field and long distance running experience as the former Director of Events with USATF, providing oversight and direction for USATF events, national championships and U.S. Olympic Trials.

Lauren’s passion for living an active lifestyle and social media is what brought her to TCM. Though she is new to the running world, her active life mainly resides in a dance studio or on stage, where she's been a dancer for nearly 20 years and specializes in hip hop.
After pursing a career in advertising at some of the top agencies in Minneapolis, she is excited to unite her love for community and social engagement in one place. When not strategizing for TCM’s social platforms, Lauren can be found dancing (literally everywhere), creating calligraphy pieces, and studying up on her photography skills.
Kelli, a former Twin Cities In Motion intern and volunteer, joined the full-time staff after serving as the Outreach Coordinator at Bolder Options. Colleen Josephs (CJ)
If you ever need to know how many shirts, medals, zip ties, shovels, or barrels are needed for a race CJ has your answer. She can often be found in the warehouse packing equipment for our next event. CJ joined TCM in the summer of 2017 after working with Chicago Event Management.
She is a Chicago native, and relocated her husband and their two dogs when she was hired by TCM. Since moving here her favorite Minnesota activity is the Meat Raffle (she even had one at her wedding)! When CJ isn’t at the office, in the warehouse, or driving one of our courses you can often find her at a brewery in NE Minneapolis, or at home working on a jigsaw puzzle.
Shannon recently finished her last semester at the University of Minnesota pursuing a degree in graphic design. She is excited for the opportunity at TCM to grow her passion for design and hopefully spark a future passion for running, in hopes to run a 10K by next summer.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys exploring the Twin Cities, cooking new recipes, spending time with her friends and family, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and enjoying a few cold beers on the deck!
Charlie joined TCM after wearing many hats in the running industry. A former college coach and founder of the popular running website Down the Backstretch, Charlie is pleased to work for an organization that has long been important to him.
A spectator at the first Twin Cities Marathon in 1982, Charlie won the inaugural Medtronic TC 10 Mile in 1999 and served the organization in various capacities prior to joining the staff. Charlie enjoys running, reading, cycling, and being active in the outdoors.
Isaac has been within the running industry professionally since 2013. He joined TCM in 2019 after spending 6 years working for other race organizations within the Twin Cities. Isaac is thrilled to work for TCM and bring his relationship building and event operations skills to the team as Senior Partnerships and Events Coordinator.
Isaac is a born Wisconsinite, turned Minnesotan, but holds onto his roots with the love for beer and cheese curds. He has also dabbled into his fair share of races; competing in two half Ironman's, three marathons and countless other distances throughout the years. When Isaac isn't running in races, you can find him running after his daughters, Gigi and Ceci. He also loves to check out local breweries and ice cream shops, as well as do anything outdoors (hike, bike, camp, kayak - you name it) with his wife, Jessica.
Mikayla is a Minnesota native, University of Minnesota graduate in Sports Management and a former TCM intern. She ensures our partners have as great of an experience at our events as our participants.
Mikayla dabbles in running, however her true passion is on the ice. On top of working for TCM, Mikayla is a professional figure skating coach. She was a competitive figure skater growing up and now loves sharing her passion with other aspiring skaters. In her (minimal) spare time Mikayla loves hanging with friends, family and her cat Lyra.
Number crunching is the name of the game for Colleen! Colleen's duties range from managing company budgets to last-minute, emergency snow-clearing on race morning with Lindsey! Colleen joined the team in December 2013, coming to TCM from many years at REI.
An avid runner, Colleen can often be found around the Saint Paul trails with her running group training for one of her marathons or half marathons. When she isn't laced up, she can be found cozied up on the couch with a good show, a good book, and some good wine!

Jessie Radmacher joined Twin Cities In Motion in August 2017 ready to hit the ground running. Jessie’s passion to connect with people only comes second to the joy she feels seeing others achieve the goals they set for themselves. With a strong background in the corporate wellness space, Jessie has lead strategic communication and product development efforts for companies like Life Time and StayWell.
These days, most of Jessie’s running is done when chasing her two little boys, but she does enjoy a peaceful run or hike when she gets the chance. Besides her two little boys, Jessie’s other passions include having a bit of a green thumb. She loves a good bouquet of flowers and enjoys working on the beautiful landscape she has created at her home. Jessie also has the travel bug having lived in several different parts of the world such as New Zealand and Belgium to name a couple. Jessie is certainly glad her journey has landed her here at Twin Cities In Motion.
